Little House Rachel Chinouriri
Today, singer-songwriter Rachel Chinouriri released a brand new track “Little House.” The song is featured on the singer’s EP named after the song. Chinouriri blends indie pop and alternative pop beautifully, crafting a song that gets you in your feels. Lyrically, the singer expresses her dreams of building a life together with someone in the feature. She does this through the metaphor of a little house. All eyes have been on Chinouriri since she opened up for Sabrina Carpenter. Next year, you can catch her on the road with Florence + The Machine.
“Chanel Boy” Lil Uzi Vert
One of Rap’s mightiest forces, Lil Uzi Vert, is back with a brand new track. It’s a big day for the rapper. “Chanel Boy” marks Uzi’s first release as an independent artist. The production features a synth drive, bass-heavy instrumental. It reminds me of early Uzi. Lyrically, the rapper indulges in his high fashion and luxurious belongings. “Chanel Boy” is an Uzi classic.
“Feisty” Fred again.. & BIA
One week later and world renowned DJ and producer, Fred again.., is back on our New Music Friday. This week, he joined forces with BIA for their brand new collaboration “Feisty.” Fred again.. leans into a heavy club, dance sound. The production is raw, gritty. This track will have you hooked from the moment you hit play. The vocals are hypnotic, each lyric sending chills down our spine. This might be my favorite release from Fred again.. this year. If you felt like dancing this weekend, then this is the song for you.
“Goddess” CamelPhat
Speaking of dancing, we got another heavy hitter for all the electronic fans out there. One of dance music’s favorite duo Camelphat dropped a banger ready for the dance floor. I’ve been following CamelPhat all year with the several fire singles they released. “Goddess” is another song on that list. The pair leans into a dreamy, indie dance sound easy to get lost in. We love them for their club-techno and melodic dance rhythms, but we’ve seen a new side to them with their new sonic direction. CamelPhat is exploring a dreamy, euphoric soundscape and we can’t get enough.
“Come Closer” Josh Baker and Sienna Sophia
Josh Baker and Sienna Sophia join forces to bring us an instant club classic. “Come Closer” is a smooth house track ready to be played in clubs all over the world. The song is simple, but it demands your full attention. Sophia’s soft vocals perfectly match the vibe of the dance track.
What a way to close out November! Which new release do you have playing on repeat this weekend?
