CRSS This Festival Off Your Fall Bucket List

For the second time this year, San Diego’s Waterfront Park will be blessed by the bi-annual get-down that is CRSSD. Taking place September 28th & 29th, the fall installation of this festival may be their best yet. With a diverse line up ranging from funk bands like Hot Chip, to the eclectic electronic duo Polo & Pan; it’s sure to attract music lovers of all kinds across SoCal. If the line up alone didn’t make you sprint to your credit card, here’s all the reasons we’re naming this the can’t miss festival of the fall.

THE VENUE

Located right off the historic PCH, Waterfront Park serves as a dreamy urban oasis, boasting not only picturesque views but conveince. Just steps away from the Amtrak and a one mile drive from San Diego Internaitonal Airport, it takes all the stress out of commuting for out of town fans.

THE FOOD

In the true spirit of Southern California, there will be plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. We salute a festival that is inclusive of all dietary restrictions and preferences. However, my eye is on the poke bowls. (Insert drool emoji)

THE TALENT

Okay, okay, you know I could only go so long before I had to bring up this line up again! The artists on this roster are HEAVILY stacked, with headliners including Grammy winning rock band Portugal. The Man, house legend Richie Hawtin, and Dirty Bird Record’s own Fisher.

Coming off huge critical and commercial success from his single “Losin’ It”, Fisher has solidified himself as one of the most in demand DJs in the world. Richie Hawtin is sure to throw down a set reminiscent of his Detroit days, and you know you can count on all the radio hits from PTM.

Fingers CRSSD tickets are still available, you can get them while they’re hot right here.
