The Electric Zoo: Evolved Countdown Begins With Daily Lineups Revealed

For a decade now, Electric Zoo Festival attendees have partied at NYC’s Randall Island throughout it’s many distinct themes. Within the high energy levels that already exist in the city that never sleeps, Electric Zoo has proven to be one of the most extraordinary curated music festivals to date. As the big apple’s one and only primarily electronic dance music festival, there’s no question as to why it’s simultaneously the city’s most prestigious festival as well. While Electric Zoo’s theme does in fact vary throughout each year’s installment, there’s one thing about the festival that always seems to remain constant.

Year after year, the festival’s lineup announcement is entirely stacked, regardless of it’s theme. For it’s 11th year, the Electric Zoo Festival curators have totally outdone themselves. Yes, this year’s Electric Zoo: Evolved theme implicates the festival’s upcoming metamorphosis phase, as it’s extended it’s ten-year mark and the time for change has come. As the electronic music world evolving into of a plethora sub-genres, EZOO keeps up with that pace.

For it’s 2019 production, get ready to explore live sounds from the hottest names in the game. In what I believe to be their most diversified lineup to date, Electric Zoo: Evolved is about to take us all on a whirlwind of live music stimulation. On top of it’s progressive thematic elements, the festival’s transformative production design along with it’s wide array of boasting live sounds will be hard to beat.

With a little over three months to go until the festival, daily lineups have been released across all social media platforms with more names yet to be announced. After all, a three-day festival isn’t for everyone, even though Electric Zoo easily can be *wink*. This gives first-timers the opportunity to slowly dip their feet into the music festival world, and choose which day they would like to attend. Although its safe to say the majority will not be able to resist going for all three days.

After taking in the daily breakdown, I’ve highlighted some of my personal can’t miss artists for the weekend. Friday kicks-off with stage hosts All My Friends and Brownies & Lemonade, along with prominent names like Diplo, Eric Prydz, Excision, Kaskade (Sunset Set), Oliver Heldens, and Whethan. Day two progresses with the debut of the highly-anticipated Pryda Arena concept, which includes Eric Prydz, Above & Beyond, Anti Up, Dom Dolla, Zedd, and more are set to perform as well. Sunday tops off the festival with Seven Lion’s Ophelia Records stage launch and NGHTMRE & Slander Presents: Gud Vibrations. Alison Wonderland, Armin van Buuren, Camelphat, Dog Blood, Boogie T b2b Squnto, 1788-L, and many more are also set to crush the last day of the massive three-day wild venture.
