NYC’s Getting Wild with Electric Zoo: Evolved

With spring in full bloom in the city that never sleeps, we’re one step closer to one of the best weekends of the summer. For its 11th installment, Made Event is proud to present their revamped version of the iconic Electric Zoo Festival, dubbed Electric Zoo: Evolved. After a decade of putting on the most substantial electronic music festival NYC has to offer, the producers behind the grand event have decided it’s time for a total metamorphosis. The all new event is set for Labor Day Weekend, and we’re promised to experience an even more prominent version of the already striking Electric Zoo Festival.

Over ten years ago, Electric Zoo was established to become New York City’s leading electronic music festival. Since it’s birth back in the early 2000’s, it has developed into a prestigious weekender event. One idea back in 2009 has surely transformed into a pretty grandiose soiree. Trekking through various wildlife infused production designs like the Urban Jungle, Wild Island, The 6th Boro, and last year’s The Big 10 celebration, the time has come for ELECTRIC ZOO: EVOLVED. As a festival recognized to be one of the most spectacular in the nation, we have no doubt that it’s curators won’t disappoint this time around for it’s 11th distinctive production.

Always featuring the most tremendous names in the scene, this year’s lineup announcement gives us every reason not to miss it. The 2019 edition promises remarkable sets from a wide variety of artists. Talent ranges from acts like Dog Blood, Alison Wonderland, Flux Pavillion, Anti Up, Excision, and so many more. Let’s not forget festival veterans Kaskade, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Eric Prydz, and Oliver Heldens. In addition to the stacked roster, fans will experience multiple B2B sets by DJ Diesel and Borgore, NGHTMRE and SLANDER, and Cookie Monsta and Funtcase. Oh, did I mention there’s still more artists to be announced?

Aside from the plethora of incredible artists on the lineup, EZOO encompasses a wide array of electronic sub-genres. From house and techno, to trance and trap, future bass and dubstep, there’s a vibe any EDM fan will be fond of. On top of that, another vast selection of artist labels will be hosting the festival’s five curated stages.

This year’s EZOO stage hosts include the return of Anna Lunoe’s All My Friends, Brownies & Lemonade, Gud Vibrations, and the premiere of Seven Lions’ Ophelia Records curated event, and Eric Pryd’s incomparable Pryda Arena debut setup. From the endless amount of energy that New York City effortlessly brings to its atmosphere to the impeccable festival production design, Electric Zoo is definitely the place to be this Labor Day Weekend. We can’t wait to experience the next chapter in the festival’s story. Electirc Zoo: Evolved, we’re ready for you!
