Juice Wrld Keeps the Party Going Posthumously

Just about one year after the release of Juice Wrld’s album Legends Never Die, Grade A productions announced his next posthumous album, The Party Never Ends.

Lil Bibby, Juice’s producer, has been dropping hints about the album and his works after. He tweeted just a few weeks ago that the album is almost done and tagged Travis Scott. With that we can assume there’s going to be another Travis X Juice collab on the new album. “NO BYSTANDERS” is obviously a hit so we can only hope for another feature.

Bibby wasn’t the only one dropping subtle hints about the tracklist. Ally Lotti, Juice Wrld’s girlfriend, and DJ Scheme both tweeted with the caption “For you I go hard”. Fans speculate this could be an allusion to the unreleased song “Go Hard” featuring Lil Uzi. Nothing is confirmed when it comes to this album, all we know is that it’s coming soon.

I listened to Juice Wrld songs here and there, but after he passed away I really dove into his discography. I’ve always appreciated his emotional transparency with relationships and his struggle with addiction. The meaningful lyrics are only heightened by his down tempo tone and unique beats. Take a listen to “She’s The One” from Death Race For Love, you’ll see what I mean. Here’s a list of my favorite unreleased songs that I’m hoping will be added to his new album:

Demon Love

This is probably my all-time favorite Juice song, a go-to “feels” song. The beat gives the song a kind of urgency, you can feel his life falling apart after his break up. He knows he broke her heart and it’s hurting him too. Whenever I want to have a good cry, this one does the trick.

This songs has always been a stand out to me because it sounds so different from anything else he has put out. He addresses his father’s death, saying he wishes he could “fix this”. His father passed away just two hours before one of his concerts. He tells his father that he made a legend and he’s going to succeed for him. While Juice Wrld has never really hid his struggles, this topic goes deeper than he’s ever gone before.

This song has a different vibe from the rest, but what’s a Juice album without a mix of hype and sad songs? This song is addicting because the chorus is repeated so much. It’s a feel-good song just to chill to.

If I had to pick a quintessential Juice Wrld song, it would be this one. His team released this song under the title “Smile” with a feature from The Weeknd. However, I feel like this should’ve stayed exclusively a Juice Wrld song. I remember listening to this song unreleased without The Weeknd’s bridge and I loved it.

There are a few other songs that are rumored to be on the album, like “The Party Never Ends (Abyss)”, “Already Dead”, and “Too Many”. No matter what songs are on the album, the fans will eat it up.
